QUALITY MAMAGEMENT
Permanently improving process management is crucial to flawless customer service, which we believe, is the key to make customer happy. That is why, DETOX was historically first amongst waste management providers in Slovakia to be awarded with the international ISO 14001 certification (Environmental Management Systems) in 2001. That was followed by getting ISO 9001 certification (Quality Management) and ISO 45001 (Occupational Health and Safety) in 2012 and 2016 respectively. In addition to that, DETOX is entitled to issue the European Cleaning Document (ECD) for cleaning railway and road tank cars, which means the technology meets quality standards of the European Federation of Tank Cleaning Organisations (EFTCO).
