I am a natural person, can I hand over construction waste containing asbestos to you?
We are sorry but NO, you cannot hand over construction waste containing asbestos to us. According to the currently valid legislation, the company DETOX sro may accept construction waste containing asbestos only from a company that is authorized to perform demolition of construction containing asbestos from the Regional Office of Public Health. A natural person / citizen cannot dispose of construction waste containing asbestos.

I am a citizen of Banská Bystrica / Rimavská Sobota, can I hand over hazardous waste with you? How much will it cost me?
HAZARDOUS WASTES WHICH YOU CAN SHIP FREE OF CHARGE:
- BATTERIES - Car batteries, Ni-Cd batteries, portable, pencil, ...
- ELECTRIC WASTE (LAMPS, TVS, PCs, laptops, refrigerators, microwaves, discharge lamps, monitors, ...)
- OIL (engine, transmission, hydraulic, lubricating, synthetic, mineral, edible ...)
- plastic, metal and other PACKAGING and CONTAINERS contaminated with pollutants (oil, paints, chemicals, thinners, solvents, pesticides, fertilizers, gasoline, ...)
- POLLUTANTS (oils, paints, acids, bases, petroleum substances, thinners, solvents, adhesives, stabilizer, photochemicals, developers, chemistry, pesticides, chemical preparations for the treatment of plants and trees, fertilizers, insecticides, resins, detergents, ...)
- OTHER (medicines, photo paper, mercury thermometers, rags contaminated with pollutants, ...)

How to order the service?

How to proceed if I do not have an agreed price yet?
What should I do if I am interested in receiving the price?
Send your request to the email address obchod@detox.sk
The unit prices listed in the price offer are per 1 ton or for a specific ordered quantity?
In each of our price offers, the price per unit of measure is specified. In the case of standard waste, this is the price per tonne.
What should I do if I agree with the price offer and I want to order the export of waste?
Send us your agreement with the price offer, preferably by e-mail, and we will take care of the rest.

Waste collection
What if the value of the advance invoice was higher than the value of the regular invoice after export of the waste?
We will send the difference back to you.
Do you also provide waste transport?
Yes, by own vehicles or by external transport.
Can I bring the waste to you myself?
Yes, but you must have a carrier registration under the Waste Act.
Can I return waste in my own packaging?
Yes, they must be marked in an appropriate manner and must be fit for transport according to ADR.
Can you provide me with empty waste packaging?
Yes, for a fee.

How long does it take to arrive for waste?
Our goal is to pick up your waste as soon as possible. On average, we can do this in 6 to 10 business days. This time may be longer if we are waiting for your confirmation of the quotation or payment of the pre-invoice.
What will be the resulting amount for waste exports (disposal costs, transport, fees)?
The total price is calculated on the basis of the quantities actually imported, the actual transport and the charges. However, please note that the minimum invoice for collection is 120 € + VAT.

What is the calorific value of oil?

Do you have extra light heating oil?
Not
Do you also supply in small packages?
Minimum 120l barrels.

No, only typical oil (like engine oil).
Can I bring my own oil containers?
Yes, at least 200l barrel.

Are you regenerating all species?
We cannot regenerate all types of solvents, but we approach each request individually and we will probably be able to meet your request.
