RESIDENTIAL SERVICES
Household Hazardous Waste (HHW) represents up to 5% of municipal waste, but its potential risks to the environment and health is disproportionate to its size. Due to its nature, HHW such as paints, thinners, electrical appliances, oils, car batteries, pesticides, etc., should not be disposed to municipal waste landfills.
By providing mobile collection of HHW, DETOX helps municipalities in meeting their legal obligations to carry out separate HHW collection.
